Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy using the thumbs and fingers on reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body.

It helps heal the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms. Treatments are in a relaxing, calm environment and last approximately one hour.

Reflexology dates back many hundreds of years and is one of the major holistic therapies used to aid and assist the treatment of many illnesses, conditions and stressful complaints that confront us all in the fast pace of living today.
